Please be aware of our cancellation policy: a 48-hour notice incurs a 50% charge, while no-shows are subject to a 100% service cost.

To secure your appointment, credit card information is required to confirm your appointment. It does NOT get charged unless you cancel within 48 hours or no showed. Gift card purchases are limited to select products and services, and are non-transferrable and non-refundable.

Cancellations made outside of the standard business hours, will be considered received at the start of the next business day.

Salt Day Spa will NOT tolerate any form of abuse, violence or inappropriate behaviours in the Spa or via phone.
